Our Management Traineeship is designed to attract and develop high-potential young professionals with the ambition to grow into future leaders within our organization. Over 24 months, you will gain hands-on experience, international exposure, and the strategic mindset needed to build a successful career across the Middle East and Asia.

The program consists of four 6-month rotations across core business functions, providing a well-rounded understanding of our operations:

• Commercial (6 months)
  Gain exposure to sales, tendering, client management, and contract negotiation.

• Operations (6 months)
  Take part in project execution, planning, and equipment deployment on site.

• Procurement / Supply Chain (6 months)
  Develop expertise in vendor management, sourcing strategies, and cost optimization.

• Strategic Project Assignment (6 months)
  Lead or contribute to a cross-functional project with direct business impact (e.g. expansion initiatives or operational improvements).

   

You will rotate across key locations to build a global mindset and cultural agility, including:

• UAE (Head Office / regional hub)

• Qatar (key operational market)

• Singapore (strategic international exposure)

• Start date: January 2027

• Master's degree in Engineering Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or Commercial Engineering

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with high potential 

• Strong interest in an international career 

• Interest in heavy equipment, particularly for cranes, heavy lifting machinery, and earthmoving equipment 

• Strong proficiency in the English language, with excellent writing and reading skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Adaptable, driven, and eager to learn 

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
