Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Invoicing & Provisions: Prepare and distribute monthly IPAs based on project timesheets, contracts, and provisional estimates.
  • Timesheet Analysis and Checking: Review and validate timesheets submitted by operators, clients, and cross-hired equipment.
  • Distribution: Distribution of IPA, timesheet reports, and other relevant documents to appropriate stakeholders, including clients, project managers, procurement, and accounting teams.
  • Improvement of Invoicing Method: Evaluate the current IPA process and identify areas for improvement. Implement process enhancements to streamline invoicing, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in the ongoing invoicing monitoring of projects. This may involve tracking contracts or purchase orders, comparing them to the invoice calculation, and providing regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Claims Management: Assist in the management of claims related to project disputes, contract discrepancies, or unforeseen events, working to resolve them in a cost-effective and fair manner.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and comprehensive records of all financial documents, contracts, invoices, and change orders.

Qualifications

  • You have work experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role
  • You have strong proficiency in the English language, with excellent writing and reading skills.
  • You have a hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
  • You take pride in your work and achievements, demonstrating strong competence and accountability. You are conscientious in meeting commitments, achieving results, and staying calm under pressure.
  • You set clear goals aligned with strategic priorities, efficiently manage your time and resources, and adjust plans when necessary to account for risks and contingencies.
  • You quickly spot key issues, gather the right information, and make decisions that consider the impact on both people and the organization.
